Rough knowledge of the Stable/Sim rules and that there is a wiki which you can use to look those up in detail in case you are unsure about something. The ability to show guests on the sim one of the links so they can inform themselves in the wiki.
Be aware of the little tweaks of mainland carting and what GTFO/Caravan events are
Know how finetuned steering works in case there is no road to align to or the road cannot be seen due to blindfold usage.
General knowledge how to steer a cart and use or react to whip commands
